Chloe is a paralegal in the firm’s commercial and technology team. She is a qualified CITMA Trade Mark Paralegal and is responsible for the filing, prosecution and registration of trade marks.

Chloe became a member of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys in 2011, following successful completion of the CITMA Paralegals' Course and exam.

Chloe’s role covers trade mark portfolio management and all aspects of trade mark maintenance. She regularly prepares cease and desist letters, negotiates co-existence arrangements and drafts IP assignments. Chloe also handles trade mark opposition work and carries out evidence-gathering, to demonstrate acquired distinctiveness of a trade mark. IP due diligence in corporate transactions also forms part of Chloe’s role.
