Elise is a paralegal in the corporate team and is responsible for day to day management of the corporate compliance and registered office services the firm provides to clients. She also undertakes new company incorporations.
Her role includes keeping the registers up to date for corporate compliance clients, ensuring that the relevant forms are prepared and filed on time and reminding them when accounts etc. are due. She also undertakes the day to day management of the firm's company secretarial software and prepares and files documents for incorporating companies.
She is a member of the Institute of Legal Executives (ILEX).
