Commercial & Technology

Commercial agreements are essential to all organisations, which is why we take time to understand clients' aims, objectives and strategies.

As part of this we provide solid legal advice as well as practical business solutions to enable businesses to maximise revenues, minimise risks and meet business goals.

All of our lawyers in the Commercial & Technology team act an extension of clients' teams, not just their legal advisors. In doing so, we regularly become the people they turn for both legal and commercial advice and guidance - their sounding boards and trusted advisers.

We advise clients ranging from entrepreneurs setting up a new business to established global companies on the full range of commercial issues including:

                         o Manufacturing agreements;
                         o Supply contracts;
                         o Partnering agreements;
                         o Sub-contracting agreements;
                         o Reseller agreements;
                         o Franchising agreements.

Our advice ranges from providing generic standard terms of business for the supply of commoditised goods and services to drafting detailed procurement terms or complex joint-venture agreements.
