Our Construction team is led by John Starr, a highly experienced construction lawyer whose career includes over 15 years of construction experience at a major international law firm. The team is supported by experts from our Development, Commercial Property, Planning, Property Litigation and Lending & Finance groups to provide a one stop shop for all contentious and non-contentious issues for contractors and other key players in construction projects including owners/developers, sub-contractors, consultants and lenders.

The team works closely with clients from the preparation of project documentation prior to the commencement of a project, through to drawing up sub-contracts and collateral warranties as and when these are required. Areas it regularly advises on include:
