Welcome to this month’s edition of Training Trends!
This month we’re focusing on up-skilling your junior and mid-level HR Personnel as well as news about our events programme for 2017.
Need to up-skill your HR Team?
We know how time is precious and that HR is often the last to take time out of their busy day to attend a training course. We also understand how important it is that HR teams are able to deal with day-to-day HR issues confidently. With this in mind, Boyes Turner’s Employment and HR Training Academy has a course which offers junior or mid-level HR professionals, those new or returning to HR or those who are just “HR curious” (!), the opportunity to attend a 2-day employment update course. The course is run from our city centre offices over 2-days, starting each day at 9.30 and finishing at 2.30pm allowing delegates to return to work or meet other commitments.
Key course features:
- Aimed at junior and mid-level HR professionals
- Run by qualified and experienced employment lawyer
- Small, class-room style sessions to allow for group discussion
- Practical and relevant topics from recruitment, contracts of employment through to dismissal
- Using real life examples and case studies
- Fits around your day
- A chance to meet other lawyers in the team to discuss your issues
Do you know someone in your team that could use some HR help? Has someone recently joined your team who needs guidance with managing key HR issues? Someone who needs to understand the legal consequences of dismissing or not managing sickness absence? If so, our HR Masterclass is for them. As an added incentive, there’s an Early Bird discount available.
We attach a copy of our 2017 events calendar giving you the chance to book in advance places on our training courses, our public conferences and webinar programme. Details of all our events are also on our events page.
