Boyes Turner’s Corporate Group have acted for NYSE listed, CIRCOR International, Inc, a global provider of highly engineered products for markets including oil and gas, industrial, aerospace and defence and commercial marine, on the UK elements of its acquisition of Colfax Fluid Handling (CFH) from NYSE listed Colfax Corporation, for approximately $855 million including cash, newly issued Circor shares, and the assumption of pension plan liabilities linked to the CFH business.
Kate Eavis and Chris Dobson, assisted by Harriet Brooker, provided advice to CIRCOR in respect of the acquisition of the UK-based CFH business group and worked alongside a multinational team of lawyers from several other firms representing CIRCOR’s interests on this global transaction.
