The Glenholme Group will now focus on the continued expansion of its portfolio of businesses providing mental health and learning disability services.
The Boyes Turner team was led by Rob Rice (Corporate) with support from Chris Dobson (Corporate), Amie Kelsall (Property) and Mark Appleton (Property).

Rachel Turner and Sophie Payne recently advised Managing Director Mike Stephenson and the rest of the management team of International Logistics Group Limited on their management buyout, with founding shareholder Grant Ashley exiting the group. Equity funding was provided by Percipient Capital, together with mezzanine funding from Santander UK plc through its ‘Breakthrough’ fund alongside term debt and working capital facilities. Over the last 25 years ILG has grown to become a market leader in fulfilment and courier services and is now a significant force in the logistics industry with a reputation for excellence in fulfilment as well as international courier services.
Commenting on the team at Boyes Turner, Mike Stephenson said: “The team at BT simply couldn't have been better. Their common sense advice and support for myself and the managers at ILG was invaluable. They were a huge factor in the success of this transaction and I couldn't recommend their services highly enough."
