Boyes Turner is partnering with Meningitis Now - the World’s first meningitis patient group and the only charity dedicated to fighting meningitis in the UK. The charity aims to achieve a future where no one in the UK loses their life to meningitis and everyone affected gets the support they need to rebuild their lives.
Over the coming year Boyes Turner will support the charity in its work to raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of meningitis, fund research into life-saving vaccines and support families directly affected by this devastating disease.
Susan Brown head of Boyes Turner’s Medical Negligence team said:
“Over the last 20 years, we have helped families where meningitis has been misdiagnosed or mistreated get the help, support and rehabilitation they need to rebuild their lives. As a result of our experience, we understand how devastating and life-changing meningitis can be for the individual and their families.
Our involvement and understanding of meningitis cases has led to our partnership with Meningitis Now as a Brighter Future Partner, supporting the incredible work they do. At Boyes Turner we are proud and committed to helping the charity fight meningitis and to support families affected by the disease .”
