Exciting Developments for 2016
29 January 2016

Boyes Turner Employment team continues to go from strength to strength, with Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession and Legal 500 ranking us as Band 1. Demand for our services continues to grow and as a result we welcomed our newest recruit, Nick Bailey in the last quarter of 2016. We believe the key to our success is that we listen to feedback from our clients – and more importantly we act on your feedback. As a result of comments received directly from clients we have worked to develop 3 new client offerings that we hope will benefit you and your business.

We are pleased to announce the following 3 new developments for 2016:

Conference and Webinar Programme

We consistently receive positive feedback for our in person events and webinars. Our conference and webinar programme remains free for 2016.  We have kept those elements that you tell us you enjoy and work well. New for 2016 is a focus on those themes you have told us are important to your business, using specific changes in law to supplement those themes. Our spring and autumn conferences, together with our 2016 webinar programme, will provide both HR and business managers with a comprehensive and complimentary learning experience.

We hope that this change in approach will help you get even more from our programme; enabling you to use changes to your advantage and making sure you avoid the pitfalls. If you would like to find out more or sign up to our Conference and Webinar Programme please email Judith Cook at [email protected]

Employment and HR Training Academy

Our employment team have been providing training to clients for many years, as a result of our experiences, we are now launching our Employment and HR Training Academy. We understand the importance of engaging your people in HR and employment law issues. Our Academy will offer a wide range of off-the-shelf, and bespoke courses which we hope will capture your imagination and bring HR to life for your business. If you would like a copy of our Training Brochure please email Emma O’Connor [email protected]

Boyes Turner’s extensive network has enabled us to create an HR & consultancy service comprised of leading professionals with a range of talents ranging from general HR issues (policy writing, performance reviews, etc.) to niche areas such as Health and Safety, IIP accreditation, change management and more. NetworkHero helps organisations make better people related strategic decisions. It also helps you deal cost effectively with the time consuming personnel tasks that busy HR teams may not have the resources, time or experience to handle. Consultants are available on site as needed, as an additional resource, or to work on specific projects. All of them are fully vetted seasoned practitioners with established track records of delivering results in the public and private sectors - dealing with both listed and non-listed businesses across a wide range of industries. To find out more please email Judith Cook at [email protected]

We would like to thank you for your continued support and we hope that 2016 is a successful one for all of you.
