How tech companies can remain agile while opting for the traditional office lease

When it comes to searching for office space, tech companies require flexibility to suit the needs of their working environment. On the other hand, landlords traditionally value longer-term commitments from tenants, looking for more stability.

Landlords are beginning to shift their mindset towards offering more flexible leasing agreements, coming to terms with the growth of the tech sector in London and the Thames Valley. But on the other side of the argument, it begs the question as to whether or not tech companies can remain agile within the confines of a traditional office lease.
