Paul Lowery on the Anne Diamond show - Power of Attorney

Paul Lowery, partner and head of the Wealth Protection team at Boyes Turner in Reading spoke to Paul Coia on the Anne Diamond show, BBC Radio Berkshire yesterday morning (Thursday 15 December).

Paul discussed why people should think about organising a power of attorney as part of future life planning. He explained what a power of attorney is and why they are so important. As well as how to try and avoid family squabbles by using a professional as an attorney.

Another matter discussed was planning for future care home fees and the risks involved with trying to avoid those fees with asset protection strategies.
