Last week we held the first of our 2018 Employment Conferences focusing on the Future of Work: Diversity and Inclusivity in the 21 Century.
Myself and my colleague Claire Taylor-Evans presented legal updates to a packed audience of HR professionals on sexual harassment in the workplace and the gender pay gap and discussed how these topical issues impact on the future of work.
We shared with delegates our views on how gender equality issues can affect employee engagement and focused on how to be a “destination employer”. We were also thrilled to be joined by barrister Robin White of Old Square Chambers and Jaan Madan of Mental Health First Aid England as our key note speakers.
