Role Description

We are currently looking for a 2-4 year PQE Personal Injury/ Industrial Disease Solicitor to join our fast paced but friendly team based in Reading. 

We operate on a hybrid working model and therefore the candidate will be expected to attend to our offices in Reading 2-3 days each week. 

Experience/ Attributes required

  • Evidence of track record in Personal Injury and/or Asbestos Disease claims
  • Manage own caseload with supervision.
  • Personal Injury/Industrial Disease background.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be required to take new client calls and information gathering
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Marketing experience – ability to write articles for website, familiar with social media platforms.
  •  Keenness to attend BD events.
  • Able to work effectively in a team.

Work type:

  • Claimant Personal Injury and Asbestos Disease
  • Running intermediate track Personal Injury cases under supervision and some lower value multi track cases
  •  Running asbestosis and pleural thickening cases undertaking supervision
  • Assisting senior fee earners with high value multitrack personal injury and mesothelioma cases
  • Submitting Applications via the Diffuse Mesothelioma Payment and Turner & Newall Scheme
