Role Description
We are currently looking for a 2-4 year PQE Personal Injury/ Industrial Disease Solicitor to join our fast paced but friendly team based in Reading.
We operate on a hybrid working model and therefore the candidate will be expected to attend to our offices in Reading 2-3 days each week.
Experience/ Attributes required
- Evidence of track record in Personal Injury and/or Asbestos Disease claims
- Manage own caseload with supervision.
- Personal Injury/Industrial Disease background.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be required to take new client calls and information gathering
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Marketing experience – ability to write articles for website, familiar with social media platforms.
- Keenness to attend BD events.
- Able to work effectively in a team.
Work type:
- Claimant Personal Injury and Asbestos Disease
- Running intermediate track Personal Injury cases under supervision and some lower value multi track cases
- Running asbestosis and pleural thickening cases undertaking supervision
- Assisting senior fee earners with high value multitrack personal injury and mesothelioma cases
- Submitting Applications via the Diffuse Mesothelioma Payment and Turner & Newall Scheme
