Work type

  • Data input to Open files and putting together client engagement packages
  • Assist in maintaining business relationships with clients
  • To assist/provide holiday cover during absences of other team members and to work in excess of normal hours where it proves necessary, in the interests of the Firm or those of our clients
  • To provide accurate documentation, reports and correspondence following standard office practices and precedents, to timescales as required
  • To reply to incoming and to prepare own correspondence for signature by Line Manager
  • To make telephone calls as required to move matters forward and take calls as necessary and act upon them
  • Administrative duties including but not limited to:-
    • Filing
    • File closures
    • "Topping and Tailing" outsourced typing
    • Document enclosures for outsourced typing
    • Conveyancing searches
    • Diary management
    • Marketing event co-ordination
    • Marketing literature production
    • Completing forms (inc. Land Registry and SDLT)
    • Sorting post
    • Fee notes
    • Scanning/Faxing
    • Collating documents
    • Generating bills and preparing other Accounts forms
    • Accounts monitoring
    • Initial point of telephone contact for client

This role will be working in the busy residential property team and will provide the team with administrative support.  Full time hours are 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
