Experience and training required

Should have excellent qualifications and a genuine interest in Special Educational Needs.  A background in private client work is an advantage but not essential.  Must be able to work unsupervised.  Exceptional client relationship skills and the ability to understand the range and type of client so as to identify needs.

Work Type

The Special Educational Needs team sits within the Clinical Negligence group.  This role will assist Laxmi Patel and her team with private special educational needs work including routine administrative tasks, maintaining databases, assisting with marketing events, liaising with clients, experts, schools and the Tribunal, preparing bundles for appeals and instructions to experts, setting up assessments and monitoring clients’ budgets.
