John Clargo of 3PB will provide a guide to break notices. John will discuss drafting them, reading them and serving (and possibly un-serving) them, looking at some particular difficulties which arise in practice.

This event is for anyone who needs to serve a break notice or needs to assist or advise clients to do so.

John is head of the Property & Chancery Group at 3PB Barristers. He was called to the bar in 1994 and specialises, in particular, in landlord and tenant law advising and representing commercial landlords, commercial tenants and residential landlords. In his wider property practice he acts for banks, LPA receivers, institutional and private landowners and estates.
