For our next seminar Rowan Turrall will be looking at examples of construction projects which have gone wrong and will be exploring some of the lessons that can be learnt from them. 

Topics to be discussed will include: 

  • Letters of intent and what can go wrong 
  • How not to deal with your project team
  • How good record keeping can help
  • Potential pitfalls of expert evidence or being an expert 

To explain the potential issues I will be analysing various cases and providing guidance on how to avoid some of the problems that were encountered.
 
This seminar will be of interest to all those in the construction industry including developers, employers, contractors, subcontractors and professional consultants.
