Join us for the second of our Spring 2016 Employment Law Conferences.

This conference follows on from our January event and therefore we encourage those who attended our Reading event to also join us at our London event. This part of our Spring conferences looks at hte high profile issue of “Retaining, Rewarding and Managing Talent”. 

The conference focuses on the legal and practical issues surrounding retaining, rewarding and managing talent. We will look how the law influences pay and benefit schemes, how HR can be involved in successful talent management programmes and also, if the talent fails to deliver, how quickly and effectively employees can be exited from the business.

Our key note speaker, Michael Rose, Partner at Reward Consulting Partners, will share his experience of advising businesses on how to develop a reward strategy and how to manage non-cash programmes. He will also share his views on developing an effective performance management programme.

The event will be of particular interest to those in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition and compensation and benefits, as well as in-house counsel across all sectors.
