Harassment, mental health and well being, LGBT, equal pay and gender pay – all big HR headlines, but how can organisations encourage a diverse and inclusive workforce in the modern world of work 21st century?

Equality and diversity can bring many organisational benefits: greater engagement, improved organisational outcomes, and a stronger bottom line. However, while many organisations have embraced the concepts of equality, many have not yet figured out how to make their workplaces more inclusive - that is, how to create an atmosphere in which all people feel valued and respected and have access to the same opportunities.
