Boyes Turner and Maine-Tucker Recruitment Ltd invite you to attend an Employment Law Forum on how to survive a day in Tribunal at The Royal College of Physicians.

Managing Tribunal litigation and attending a Tribunal hearing can be stressful not only due to the impact on workplace relations but also trying to understand the myriad of complex Tribunal rules and regulations.

This seminar will provide managers and HR professionals with useful tips, tactics and guidance on the do's and don'ts of how to manage a Tribunal claim. It will include sessions on your duties of disclosure, how to present your witness evidence and avoiding litigation in the first place. You will also hear first hand from a part time Employment Judge on some of the common pitfalls of Tribunal Litigation and how to avoid these.
