This event will help HR Professionals keep up to date with recent changes and future developments in employment law and practices. It will also deal in depth with the practical HR problems and issues faced by many organisations.
Changes in legislation, tribunal practice and important case law have continued during 2014. We shall be examining some of the more important issues which have practical implications for busineses and their HR teams, with the aim of ensuring that HR teams understand what they need to do to be suitably prepared.
After the formal update session, you will have the opportunity to attend two informal workshops, which will consider issues around:
Shared Parental Leave
We shall be looking at some complex issues and inviting delegates to raise questions prior to the event for discussion on the day.
Employment Tribunals, Witnesses and Witness Evidence
This workshop will consider disclosure and its pitfalls, preparing witnesses for tribunal and key issues relating to giving evidence and general tribunal practice.
