We are pleased to invite you to a free breakfast seminar where Derek Ching will discuss a number of practical and legal issues connected with Community Infrastructure Levy which are due to be brought into operation by some Berkshire Councils in April 2015.

The new regime presents a range of challenges particularly as it only partly replaces Section 106 obligations. We will highlight areas of concern and explain how the system should work.

Derek is a Partner in Boyes Turner’s highly regarded development team. He has 25 years experience advising on all aspects of residential, commercial and mixed use development projects. In his wider practice he advises investors and occupiers upon industrial retail and office transactions as well as helping a number of charities with legal issues associated with their property holdings.
