Zero hours contracts were a hot topic during the election; however, in practice, just how flexible are they for both workers and employers?

Join Boyes Turner's Employment team for a webinar which asks the question "Zero Hours - Zero Benefits?".

In it we will focus on what actual rights and benefits zero hours workers have, and whether employers should be cautious issuing zero hours contracts - for example, would they be better to offer fixed term employment contracts instead?.  We will also look at recent case law in the area of zero hour workers' rights, as all may not be as it perhaps seems.

This webinar will be of particular interest to those in sectors where traditionally zero hours contracts have been used as a way of establishing a readily available pool of workers, as well as to all those involved in HR, recruitment and hiring within an organisation.

The webinar is LIVE. There is also a "listen again" facility if you can't join us on the day.
