Andy is a partner and head of the Employment team at Boyes Turner, having specialised in employment law for over 20 years. He advises clients in a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including human resources support, providing employment support for mergers, acquisitions, and disposals, employment tribunal litigation and negotiating and drafting executive service contracts.

Clare sits on the UK leadership team as a partner within Frazer Jones. She is actively involved in leading and hiring across our teams, in the build-out of our regional UK business. Clare also works predominately on permanent and retained HR Director and Chief People Officer level searches across the professional services sector. She has been part of the Frazer Jones team since 2010 and, prior to that, spent five years with a leading HR recruitment firm post-graduation.

Georgina is currently Head of People at Warner Music Group. She aims to connect people to the business strategy, which in turn helps achieve a high-performing workforce. She is known for her ability to deliver results in what can seem like highly stressful environments. As an HR professional, Georgina has extensive experience across various sectors and has been able to pivot from charity to public and, more recently, media.

Xavier is a seasoned legal professional, executive and an advocate for social impact and DEI, currently serving as the Chief Legal and Talent Officer at Beamery, a global leader in talent management software. With over 10 years of experience in law and advising early stage and growth companies, Xavier has held numerous senior roles across various industries, including legal tech, private equity and tech more broadly. He has led numerous funding rounds, M&A, and advises management/founders on a wide range of legal and business issues and company strategy and growth.
