After Brexit: Commercial Agents

The Commercial Agents (Council Directive) Regulations 1993 (‘CAR93’) regulate the relationship between a commercial agent in the UK, and their principal. As you might guess from the title, CAR93 derives from an EU directive, namely, the EU Commercial Agents Directive (“EUCAD”).
