With just over 2 weeks to go to our October HR Conference, Emma O’Connor Head of Training, explains what attendees can expect in the first in a series of podcasts.

This Conference leads on from our discussion in June, where we looked at how we unlock the productivity of our people. Now, we move forward to discuss the difference between short term and long term strategies associated with increasing productivity and what are the pros and cons. With the increasing focus on wellbeing at work, we will also discuss what is the business case for these initiatives.
