The Corporate group specialises in advising businesses and individuals on the full spectrum of legal issues driving corporate transactions - from initial investment through to further business growth and development as well as securing eventual exit strategies. All of the group's lawyers are experienced deal managers with the highest possible levels of technical skill and knowledge.

Operating from the Thames Valley and with a major presence across the South East of England, the group has considerable experience across multiple industry sectors and markets advising clients on UK company law and working on transactions with deal values of up to £100 million.

In the last twelve months the group has acted on deals with an aggregate value in excess of £170 million working with a wide range of clients - from entrepreneurial start-ups and growing local businesses to institutional lenders and listed multinationals in sectors ranging from media, marketing and digital services through to healthcare, technology, aerospace, automotive and manufacturing.

Our proven track record enables the group's lawyers to match the right commercial approach to any given situation when negotiating and to know the key issues that are likely to develop throughout a transaction. This, in turn, enables clients to be guided through the legal process and ensures that their objectives are ultimately achieved – on time and to budget.
