Boyes Turner's Corporate Real Estate service specialises in managing property portfolios for international and UK corporate clients - spanning sectors including retail, industrial, media, telecoms and pharmaceuticals.
A bespoke working relationship is created for each corporate real estate client involving the client's internal legal and real estate teams as well as their external consultants, where appropriate. This ensures effective communication and helps to reduce both cost and risk.
The service works closely with the firm's Property Disputes team (ranked number one in the region by Chambers guide to the Legal Profession) which specialises in property litigation, including dilapidations, rent reviews, break clauses, Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 strategy and notices.
