Andrea Date

Andrea is a Senior Associate in the Commercial and Technology team. She trained and qualified as a corporate associate at a global law firm in 2016, where she spent time practising internationally in London, Athens, and Singapore. She then practised as a commercial solicitor in house at a major media and telecommunications conglomerate. Her experience spans a range of sectors including transportation, energy, technology and digital media.

Andrea is experienced in dealing with a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, often with an international aspect. Particular areas of expertise include distribution agreements, licensing agreements, software agreements, intellectual property and data protection. Her legal advice is always clear, pragmatic and business focussed.

Andrea has written a number of articles for external publications, including for “Global Legal Insights” on the UK’s contribution to the global M&A landscape. She is a member of the Society for Computers and Law and the Law Society.

Andrea is passionate about supporting wellbeing and BAME causes. She enjoys travelling and is trained in teaching English as a foreign language.
