Cleo is a Paralegal in the Special Educational Needs team. She provides both legal and administrative support to the team. She liaises with clients, schools, experts and tribunals to help parents of children with SEN secure the right education for their children.

Cleo has experience working in criminal law, family and child law, social care and the Court of Protection.

Her background is in Psychology, as she has always been passionate about human behaviour and mental health. She has a BA in Applied Psychology and Sociology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology and a MSc in Forensic Psychology. Cleo has worked in The Priory Psychiatric hospital, various mental health charities, in Probation and as a senior support worker to offenders with mental health issues. Along with the opportunity to help people in crisis, working in these challenging environments has taught her to remain calm under pressure, adapt to situations quickly, and be extremely organised. 

She always found the legal aspects of this work fascinating, and has now been fortunate enough to change career so that she can utilise her knowledge and organisational skills in the field of Law..
