Donna heads up the Debt recovery team. The team works closely with both our Business Support & Insolvency and Dispute Resolution teams.

Donna has been highly recognised in the field of Debt Recovery since 1996. Donna joined Boyes Turner in October 2018 and has successfully grown the team to become one of the leading debt recovery teams in the Thames Valley.

As a ‘go to’ person and ‘stand-out individual’ for debt recovery, she is recognised as a leading individual in this practice. Praised by clients for ‘excellent expertise, advice, communication and professionalism’ in Legal 500.

Donna has substantial experience in understanding her client’s needs in relation to uncontested debt recovery and especially well versed in issuing court proceedings, enforcement of Judgments, negotiating settlements and issuing insolvency proceedings.

Donna provides in-house training to her clients own internal credit control teams which creates a good working partnership and successful relationship, which enables the team to become a seamless extension to their business.
