Fran Rothwell

As an Associate - solicitor within Boyes Turner’s outstanding medical negligence team, Fran has helped clients claim compensation for a wide range of injuries, including orthopaedic, ophthalmic and obstetric harm, arising from negligent medical care.

As a claimant medical negligence specialist, Fran recognises the devastating impact that a severe injury can have on an individual and their family. She is passionate about ensuring that clients receive timely rehabilitation and compensation to help restore mobility and independence, to help them return, as far as possible, to normal life.

Fran understands that injured patients can be daunted by the prospect of making a claim - the legal process can appear overwhelming. She guides each of her clients through the stages of making their claim with clarity and compassion.

Fran is a member of the Law Society and is a senior litigator with APIL.
