Hemisha is a solicitor in the Wills, Trusts and Probate team. She has over 5 years’ experience assisting clients with private client matters and qualified as a Solicitor in July 2020.
Hemisha advises clients on Wills, powers of attorney and the administration of estates. Her previous experience has involved the administration of complex estates, collecting international estate assets (and obtaining foreign grants if required), resealing foreign grants or admitting foreign Wills to probate to enable the administration of UK estates and preparing Deeds of Variation for beneficiaries who wish to vary their entitlement under a Will. She has also advised clients in respect of Wills where businesses and agricultural assets are involved.
Hemisha graduated from the University of Surrey in 2013, following which she completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Bloomsbury. She is a member of the Law Society.
