Jemille qualified into the Employment team in March 2021, having trained with the firm in the Commercial and Technology, Employment, Property and Corporate Recovery seats since September 2018.
Jemille has worked on a number of contentious and non-contentious matters within employment for employees and employers including discrimination and unfair dismissal cases, contract and policy reviews and data protection matters in relation to employees.
Jemille obtained his law degree from Kingston University with an Erasmus year in Sweden and the Netherlands, graduating in 2012. He then worked as a paralegal at several local authorities and in private practice, gaining experience in Employment, Contracts, Data Protection, Intellectual Property, Governance and Insurance over a period of 4 years. He completed the LPC at BPP in London in 2017, where he achieved a distinction.
Outside of the law, Jemille is a keen linguist, speaks Hindi and is currently learning Spanish.
