Mette has joined Boyes Turner as a senior associate solicitor in the commercial property team and has over 30 years of experience gained at two large international City law firms. Mette has extensive expertise in many aspects of commercial real estate work including: acquisitions and disposals, land development, secured lending transactions and landlord and tenant transactional work involving office, industrial, restaurant, retail and showroom properties, as well as 1954 Act renewals,disputes and dilapidations.
Mette’s particular strength, as the main client contact for portfolio management on behalf of large real estate investment clients, is making herself available and responsive to asset managers, their surveyors and managing agents , so that she is made aware of issues as they arise and can give timely and proactive advice at an early stage, in an organised and cost effective way.
Mette is committed to mentoring young people interested in a career in the law, and pro-bono work.
As a former committee member of the Association of Women Solicitors (London Branch) and a founder member of Women in Property, she promotes diversity and equality.
