Nick joined the firm in 2013 and has been a solicitor in the employment team since qualifying in 2015. He provides businesses and senior executives with pragmatic advice on a wide variety of employment-related issues, dealing with both contentious and non-contentious matters. Nick’s recent work includes advising on a number of high-value Employment Tribunal cases including claims for disability discrimination and automatic unfair dismissal. He has also provided training for senior managers at a blue chip client and advised several SMEs on their consultation responsibilities in both redundancy situations and TUPE transfers.
Nick is a member of the Law Society, the Junior Lawyers Division and Thames Valley Young Professionals.
