Rohini is a commercial solicitor within the Commercial & Technology team. She qualified in 2019 into Corporate M&A at a regional firm before transferring to Commercial as in-house legal counsel at a connected vehicle data start-up.
Rohini now advises on template agreements and negotiations of standard terms and conditions of the purchase and supply of good and services.
Having worked in-house, Rohini has picked skills to make her a well-balanced corporate and commercial lawyer and can confidently and effectively communicate with clients of all types.
Outside of work, Rohini enjoys baking sweet treats, reading crime, thriller and mystery novels, travelling and weightlifting.
