Oliver Dugdale

Oliver Dugdale is a Senior Paralegal in Boyes Turner’s Debt Recovery team, clients across a wide range of contentious matters. Drawing on his legal experience both in the UK and internationally, Oliver works closely with solicitors and clients to help manage disputes efficiently and effectively, providing practical support throughout the lifecycle of a matter. He assists with case preparation, client communication, evidence gathering and the day-to-day management of files, helping to ensure matters progress smoothly and clients remain informed at every stage.

Oliver has worked in the legal industry since 2019 and was prior to moving to the UK admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland, Australia. While working in Australia, Oliver managed a multitude of different personal injury files and worked on claims arising from workplace injuries, motor vehicles accidents and slip and falls. Oliver’s key responsibilities include assisting solicitors with file work and communicating with clients to ensure that any questions are answered.

Oliver is a people person who loves the ability to communicate and assist others however possible. Oliver approaches everyday with an aim to helping people progress through often times very stressful and difficult situations. Being someone others can come to at any stage and with any issues is a position he takes very seriously.
