The Dispute Resolution team’s caseload covers the full range of commercial disputes work across various sectors and the team provides a quality commercial dispute resolution service to its local, national and multi-national client base.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess credible litigation experience; will have strong leadership skills; and can demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Construction Solicitor/ Legal Executive to join a fast paced but friendly team based in Reading and to build the firm’s non-contentious construction services which supplement the firm’s leading Real Estate Team and Development & House Building Team (Tier 1 - Legal 500). 

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working on non-contentious construction work.
