She acts for both business occupiers and private clients on acquisitions, disposals, lettings and landlord and tenant transactions across a variety of sectors.

Michelle is responsible for managing commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion, with particular expertise in lease negotiations, occupational property matters and the ongoing management of landlord and tenant relationships. She works closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives, providing practical and responsive advice that supports informed decision-making and helps transactions progress efficiently and effectively.
