Suzanna Ghazal is an Associate-Solicitor in Boyes Turner’s Employment team. She advises on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters. Her client base ranges from large international organisations to local businesses, mainly in the hospitality and tech sectors.
She also offers both legal and practical advice on non contentious matters such as settlement agreements, corporate transactions and employment contracts.
Client’s rely on Suzanna’s pragmatic, commercially focused advice on a broad range of employment law issues. Her experience includes advising on day to-day HR matters, employment tribunal proceedings as well as settlement agreements. She works closely with HR teams and managers to strategically manage legal risk and achieve constructive outcomes for both the organisation and workforce.
In addition, Suzanna has experience in business immigration, particularly advising employers and sponsored workers on skilled worker visa applications, sponsor licence compliance and duties, including right to work checks and reporting and record-keeping obligations.
