Rachael Brenchley

Rachael Brenchley is an Associate Solicitor in the Boyes Turner’s Corporate team and advises UK and international clients on a broad range of corporate transactions and company law matters. Rachael has experience advising clients on a variety of corporate law matters, including M&A transactions (advising on both buy-side and sell-side), group re-organisations, investments (advising both investors and investee companies) and shareholder arrangements.

Rachael specialises in advising clients on general corporate matters, including their shareholder arrangements and corporate governance issues; share buybacks and capital reductions; share option schemes; and larger M&A transactions and equity investments.

Rachael is valued by clients for her approachable manner, attention to detail, and ability to deliver clear, commercially focused advice in a practical and efficient way. She takes the time to understand each client’s business, objectives, and wider commercial priorities, enabling her to provide tailored support throughout every stage of a transaction.
