Paul Linsell

Paul Linsell is a Partner and Head of Boyes Turner’s Family Law team. Paul has specialised exclusively in family law since qualification as a solicitor in 2011 and is also well-known as a leading accredited mediator. Paul advises both married and unmarried clients on a broad range of family law matters, providing strategic, practical and compassionate guidance tailored to each client’s individual circumstances and long-term objectives.

Paul understands the stress and uncertainty that family law issues often bring. He works sensitively and adopts a holistic approach by guiding clients to other resources that will be helpful to them.

Paul always recognises that each client has different circumstances and different needs. He takes the time to understand the individual and what is important to them, so that he can help find the best solutions for the client and their family.

Paul will robustly stand up for a fair outcome, while adopting a calm, pragmatic approach that ensures clients have the support they need.

Paul is one of a select group of family solicitors nationwide to hold Specialist Accreditation through Resolution for his expertise in relation to complex financial matters on divorce and also issues for unmarried couples. Paul has a wealth of experience in dealing with:

As well as being able to offer expert advice in his role as a solicitor, Paul is a fully accredited and highly experienced family mediator. He is Resolution trained and holds accreditation through the Law Society and the Family Mediation Council and has been recognised as a leading mediator in Chambers. Paul is highly skilled in helping couples find constructive ways to resolve disputes via mediation and is one of a select group of mediators nationwide who is trained to operate under a hybrid mediation model.
