Eleanor Woolridge is a Trainee Solicitor at Boyes Turner and is currently undertaking her training within the Employment team. Eleanor has gained experience across a number of practice areas, having previously completed her first seat in the Commercial Property, Development teams, as well as previously being a member of the Wills, Trusts and Probate team and the Special Educational Needs team prior to commencing her training contract. This varied experience has enabled her to develop a broad understanding of client care, legal processes and the practical challenges faced by both individuals and organisations.
Within the Employment team, Eleanor supports on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, assisting clients and colleagues with day-to-day HR issues, workplace disputes and Employment Tribunal matters. Her experience across multiple departments allows her to bring a well-rounded and empathetic approach to client matters, particularly where legal issues involve sensitive personal or workplace considerations.
Within the Commercial Property and Development and housebuilding teams, Eleanor supported the teams on a range of matters including sales and purchases, commercial leases, refinancing for developments, property title analysis, use of break clauses as well as a thorough knowledge of the Charity Commissions requirements for property transactions.
Within the Wills, Trusts and Probate team Eleanor managed the administration of small estates, trust registrations and management, execution of wills, drafting of lasting powers of attorney and assisted the team with large estates for high net worth individuals, liaising with third parties and creating concise estate accounts.
Finally, within the Special Educational Needs team Eleanor helped with the management of educational tribunal cases, attainment and collation of expert reports as well as liaising with third parties including local authorities, courts and tribunals.
Between these practice areas, Eleanor has developed a strong understanding of the importance of delivering clear, practical and client-focused legal support across a variety of sensitive and often complex matters. Her experience working with both individuals and organisations has strengthened her communication, attention to detail and ability to adapt to different client needs, helping ensure clients feel supported, informed and confident throughout the legal process.
