Renika Jassal is a Solicitor in Boyes Turner’s Residential Property team with experience across the Thames Valley property market.

Although Renika has a strong foundation in residential property law that has enabled her to develop practical expertise across a wide variety of property transactions.

Renika acts for a diverse range of clients, including first-time buyers, home movers, investors, companies and property developers. She understands that buying or selling a property can be one of the most significant financial decisions a client will make and is committed to providing clear, pragmatic advice and a responsive, personal service throughout the transaction.

Known for her approachable manner and strong communication skills, Renika works proactively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors to ensure transactions progress as smoothly and efficiently as possible. She is dedicated to delivering a seamless conveyancing experience while keeping clients informed at every stage of the process.

Renika has dealt with residential freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, along with transfers of equity and re-mortgages.

Renika enjoys taking on fundraising challenges and supporting charitable causes. Most recently, she cycled the full length of Hadrian’s Wall an impressive 102-mile journey to raise funds for a lymphoma cancer charity.
