Eve Gunner is a Paralegal in Boyes Turner’s Personal Injury and Industrial Disease teams. She supports clients involved in a range of serious injury and industrial disease claims, working closely with solicitors to help ensure matters progress efficiently while providing practical support and clear communication throughout the claims process.
As a Paralegal, Eve supports the solicitors in the team by filing legal documents, managing case files, and liaising with clients. She is committed to helping individuals facing difficult circumstances achieve the best possible outcome. Eve is compassionate and approachable and takes pride in maintaining a high standard of work in all that she does.
As a paralegal, Eve plays an important role in supporting clients throughout their claim, helping to ensure matters progress smoothly and efficiently from instruction through to resolution. She assists with the daily management of cases, liaises with clients and their families and helps collate the information needed to support the claim. She is compassionate and approachable and takes pride in ensuring that her attention to detail and dedication to client care are at the forefront of everything she does.
Eve is passionate about improving access to opportunities and supporting positive outcomes within the wider community. She has recently been appointed as the Champion of Boyes Turner’s Social Mobility Committee. She has been instrumental in the organisation of various events, both firm wide and external, that raise awareness about the importance of equal access to opportunities, particularly within the legal industry and draws on her own experience and background to help others.
