Barry Stanton

Barry Stanton is the Managing Partner of Boyes Turner and has been since September 2023. Barry has played a significant role in the growth and development of Boyes Turner, previously heading up the Employment team from 2009 to 2023 and helping establish the firm’s dedicated business immigration service. 

His extensive experience across a range of key industry sectors enables him to advise businesses on complex workforce and organisational challenges, supporting clients in achieving their commercial objectives, managing risk and driving long-term strategic growth.

As Managing Partner, Barry plays a central role in shaping and delivering the firm’s strategic vision, leading initiatives focused on sustainable growth, innovation and client service excellence. He has been instrumental in supporting the expansion of the firm’s capabilities through strategic senior hires, the continued development of specialist legal services, investment in technological change and the establishment of the firm’s London hub, strengthening Boyes Turner’s presence and accessibility for clients across key markets.

Through this approach, Barry continues to drive the growth and evolution of the firm while maintaining a strong focus on delivering practical, high-quality and commercially focused support to clients.

Prior to his appointment as Managing Partner Barry led the Employment Group for 14 years.  During that time the Group expanded its service offering and established a standalone Immigration Practice.

Barry sits on the DEI Committee and is a Trustee of the British Dyslexia Association.
