Amber Puri is a Legal Assistant in Boyes Turner’s Special Educational Needs team, supporting children, young people and their families across a range of SEND matters. She assists the team in helping clients navigate the special educational needs system, providing practical support throughout the Education, Health and Care (EHC) process and helping to ensure matters progress efficiently.

Amber plays an important role in ensuring families receive a responsive and well-supported service throughout their SEND matter. She helps coordinate client communications, manages key documentation and information, and supports the smooth progression of cases from initial enquiry through to resolution. By maintaining organised records and ensuring matters are managed efficiently behind the scenes, Amber helps the team focus on securing the best possible outcomes for children and young people with special educational needs.

Her proactive and approachable manner helps families feel welcomed and supported from the outset. Whether assisting with new enquiries, helping clients access the information they need or ensuring clients are kept up to date with their invoices and surrounding costs. Amber contributes to the high standard of client care for which Boyes Turner is known. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellent service help ensure parents can focus on advocating for their child, confident that their matter is being handled efficiently and professionally.
