£347,000 compensation for headmaster exposed to asbestos in Essex school

Boyes Turner’s asbestos claims lawyers successfully settled a claim for £347,000 for a man who developed mesothelioma after being exposed to asbestos when he was employed as a Headmaster by East Sussex County Council between 1987 and 2004.

The victim was exposed to asbestos whilst supervising the work of contractors who carried out work within the school.

The claim settled for £347,000.
