Barry is head of the Employment group and advises clients on all aspects of employment law and HR issues. He acts for a wide range of clients from international conglomerates to smaller owner-managed businesses in a variety of sectors including engineering, leisure and hospitality, professional services, software and technology and transport and logistics. He helps clients to resolve and manage their HR issues positively and pro-actively.
Barry ensures that clients receive clear, timely, pragmatic advice so that they are able to assess the best course of action and make decisions when they understand the legal and commercial issues involved.
Barry qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and has been specialising in employment law since 1997. He is a regular speaker at public conferences on topical HR issues.
